"I was a new principal with a vision of where I wanted our school to be and grow but wasn’t sure how to make my ideas come to reality and chose Dr. Donatto of FTH Dimension Solutions. She brought the leader out of me. As a result, my school’s culture is now moving in a positive direction. She did multiple follow-ups to check on progress and even helped sub on a Friday when I had multiple teachers out. I recently thanked Dr. Donatto for discouraging me from quitting my job and on myself. On a scheduled visit, she saw a defeated leader, and she gave me the tools and wisdom I needed to realize that the process may not be easy but seeing the results will make it worthwhile. Holding all accountable, including myself, is the key to success and, of course, being INTENTIONAL with my actions."

“I was assigned to serve as the Social and Emotional Learning Coordinator for my district and  was looking for support in this role. We interviewed Dr. Donatto. She had a wonderful interview. Dr. Donatto was very genuine, detailed, and well-spoken. We could see that she was very knowledgeable of the Social-Emotional Learning Curriculum and the DISC Leadership Styles. Our first semester results were awesome!  We were able to provide professional development for district staff and the principals and assistant principals. We were also able to get an SEL Curriculum started with five schools in the district. It is great seeing students enjoy doing the SEL Curriculum. Our needs were more than met. I appreciated learning about the different leadership styles and getting to know more about social and emotional learning for students and staff.
